Turntec Manufacturing’s first and original services offered was conventional machining.

Turntec maintains and uses a broad collection of conventional lathes and milling machines.  These machines are used along with the CNC machines to reduce machining times.  We also use these conventional machines for repairs and maintenance of tools used in the oilfield industry.  These repairs primarily consist of threading rotary connections as well as proprietary threads including but not limited to X-Hole, IF connections and regular threads.

Turntec specializes in precision drilling, tapping, boring and counter boring using conventional machining methods.  We are also able to mill complex profiles, and mill complex cams for various applications.
